Behavior Modification Exercise

A 7-day challenge I proposed to myself was to work on not procrastinating so much on homework and getting things done, so basically studying for exams and doing homework.  The reason I chose this challenge was because after finishing with pledging, I have been wanting to get myself back on track with my daily school routines.  In order to get myself back on track, I will be tracking the time I spend on studying.  I will be creating a planner laying out how much time I have during the day and writing in when I should be studying and how much free time I may or may not have.
I have taken a few pictures to show an example of what I used to plan my week/days in order to achieve my goal.

Below I will screenshot my journal entries throughout this week.  I used the app Stickies on my laptop for my journal entries.

I encourage you to try this challenge.  It was a bit difficult for me because of my busy schedule throughout the day. but my planner helped me find space to do my homework and study for the test.  This challenge helped me score a 100 on my math test.  Hopefully this routine sticks with me, so I may have a REALLY good GPA at the end of this semester!!

  1. Hey, Aylin! This is a super awesome post. This encouraged me to actually use my planner a lot more and to keep on top of my homework and projects that I have coming up. And to also study for major test that I have coming up. Good job!
